CAR15 - Flattop Upper in 300 Whisper. Rock River upper, Model 1 1-8 twist 300 whisper barrel with YHM flash hinder and free float
tube. No bolt/carrier/charging handle.

Use standard 223 bolt/carrier. Brass can be made from 221 fireball or 223. $400. Would trade for Glock 19 or Kar-9.
