Special MGM Quick change upper. The free float tube is attached to upper
with a locking system to lock barrel in via two levers. All you need is a
barrel with the gas tube attached, no rings or locking nut etc.

Match 16" carbine heavy  barrel. Used for about 25-50 rounds. This barrel
was described as a match barrel with a 1-8 twist from Brownells. They no
longer sell this brand, but I think it was something like Merchant Arms.
