[GPSL-Tradingpost] AR-15

I have a new, unfired AR-15 5.56/,223 with a C3 upper/lower receiver set in Natural Earth (factory applied), a desert sand 16" barrel and cavalier arms stocks.  it is optics ready with picatinny rail on the flat top upper and four sided picatinny on the gas block.
 
It can be sold FTF if you can produce a driver's license and matching carry permit (Georgia only} or I can ship to the FFL of your choice for the cost of shipping plus $15 FFL fee on my end.
 
Asking $649 but will consider other offers.  I'm not looking for trades at the moment, merely need to raise money.
